Rockland residents and businesses affected by Hurricane Sandy now have until Wednesday, February 27, 2013 to apply for FEMA assistance and SBA loans.

Although the FEMA Disaster Recovery Center has closed at Provident Bank Park, residents can call 1-800-621-3362 or (TTY) 800-462-7585 or for 7-1-1 Relay or Video Relay Services (VRS) call 800-621-3362 to speak with a FEMA representative.
A FEMA Language Assistance Line is available for those who need interpretation services in languages other than English or Spanish. Call: 866-333-1796.
The toll-free telephone numbers operate 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. EST seven days a week until further notice.
Residents can file for disaster assistance, get help filing insurance claims, check the status of their registration or find out about low-interest loans for homeowners, renters and businesses from the Small Business Administration.
