From George Washington Bridge:
George Washington Bridge to Palisades Interstate Parkway North to Exit 12 – at end of Exit Ramp Turn Left.  At Traffic Light (Route 45) make a left. Stay on Route 45 South to third traffic light (about 8/10 of a mile).  Make right on Sanatorium Road, Dr. Robert L. Yeager Health Center.  Stay on road until the third driveway on left (large Red & White sign - Building A). Make left turn into driveway for Building A and follow around to Parking Lot.

From Tappan Zee Bridge (Westbound):
New York State Thruway (87) West to Exit 13N – Palisades Interstate Parkway North.  Take Parkway North to Exit 12.  Follow directions above from Palisades Interstate Parkway North.

From Garden State Parkway North:
Garden State Parkway North.  Follow signs to New York State Thruway (87) East towards Tappan Zee Bridge.  Continue on New York State Thruway (87) East to Exit 13N - Palisades Interstate Parkway North.  Follow directions above from Palisades Interstate Parkway North.

From Orange County and Northern New York State:
Route 6 to Palisades Interstate Parkway South to Exit 12.  Bear right on exit ramp to Yield Sign onto Route 45.  Stay on Route 45 South to second traffic light (about 6/10 of a mile).  Make a right on Sanatorium Road, Dr. Robert L. Yeager Health Center.  Stay on road until the third driveway on left (large Red & White sign - Building A).  Make left turn into driveway for Building A and follow around to Parking Lot.
