RC_Walks.pngEngaging in a walking program can help reduce the risk of heart disease, burn calories, lower blood pressure, increase muscle tone, improve circulation, prevent bone loss, and make you feel good. Our 'Rockland County Walks' Initiative consists of several walking opportunities, including:

Guided Park Walks: These free guided walks at local parks are led by trained Trail Guides. For more information and the schedule click here.

Trail Guides: These volunteers lead walks at parks in and around Rockland County.
