Facilities Management provides services to the Dr. Robert L. Yeager Health Center, which is comprised of eighteen individual buildings totaling approximately 775,000 square feet. The Health Center provides public services for Hospitals, Nursing Home, Social Services, Mental Health and Health departments.
The New City Government Center is comprised of seven individual buildings totaling approximately 500,000 square feet. The New City Government Center is home to the County Executive, Legislature, Courts, District Attorney, County Clerk and Sheriff's Office.
The Fire Training Center is comprised of several buildings that provide administration and training facilities for Police, Fire and EMS agencies.
The three County cemeteries include the Frederick W. Loescher and Gary Onderdonk Veterans Memorial Cemeteries and Highview Cemetery. Facilities Management Administration provides the administrative services for the County cemeteries.

Utility Plant
The Utility Plant provides all utility services to the Dr. Robert L. Yeager Health Center Campus. The Health Center Campus consists of 18 buildings. These services include electric, water, heat and air conditioning. The Utility Plant is operated 24 hours a day 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The Utility Plant is located at the Dr. Robert L. Yeager Health Center Building E.
Grounds
Grounds provides landscaping, maintenance and snow removal at all County Facilities properties. The County has approximately 200 acres of owned properties. These properties include the Dr. Robert L. Yeager Health Center, New City Government Center, Fire Training Center, Veterans Cemeteries and Firearms Training Facility. The Grounds operation is located at the Dr. Robert L. Yeager Health Center Building E.
Maintenance
Maintenance provides daily repair and improvement services to all County facilities and buildings. These services maintain the County Facilities in operable condition at all times. The services are performed by maintenance personnel located at the Dr. Robert L. Yeager Health Center and the New City Government Center.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping provides building cleaning services at the New City Government Center. These services are provided at the County Courthouse, County Office Building, Highway Building, Sain Building, County Annex, Sheriff's Building and Correctional Center.
Capital Projects
The Capital Projects Division is responsible for the County's Capital Projects Program. The capital program provides for all engineering and construction of the County's capital projects. The capital program includes all county owned real properties located at the Dr. Robert L. Yeager Health Center, New City Government Center, Fire Training Center, Rockland Community College, Cemeteries and Parks.
Veterans Cemeteries
The County of Rockland through Facilities Management oversees all administrative responsibilities for the daily operation of the Veterans Cemeteries.
The Gary Onderdonk Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Rockland Community College and the Frederick W. Loescher Veterans Memorial Cemetery on Brick Church Road are owned and operated by the County of Rockland for the burial of eligible Rockland County veterans, their spouses and eligible dependents.
