Darin Peterson, 27, of West Haverstraw was arraigned today in Rockland County Grand Court before the Honorable Judge Larry Schwartz. Peterson was charged with Murder 2nd, Assault 1st, and Possession of a Weapon 3rd. He was remanded to the Rockland County jail and will return to court on April 21, 2021. The case is being prosecuted by Executive Assistant District Attorney Stephen Moore.

Hamer was shot and killed by O'Sullivan, on February 6, 2020 at the McGowan's Funeral Home in Haverstraw, NY. Noe Hamer was 42 years old at the time of his death.
