  • Immigrated to New York in 1956

Legislation:

  • Initiated Cherry Brook drainage project on Crooked Hill Road in Pearl River
  • Secured funding for other drainage problems in Pearl River and Nanuet
  • Involved in May Place Project, Nanuet
  • Initiated traffic light installation at Schoolhouse Road and Garden State Parkway Exit in Chestnut Ridge
  • Helped stabilize county property tax resulting in no increase in taxes in fourteen years
  • Initiated defibrillators in Rockland County, installing in local police departments
  • Initiated cell phone legislation, afterwards adopted by New York State
