Statement from Rockland County Executive Ed Day on the Passing of Josef Neumann

He amazed and inspired many with a valiant struggle to survive horrific injuries suffered as part of a brutal attack while celebrating Chanukah that after three months cost him his life. The prayers of a county go out to the family and friends of Rabbi Josef Neumann. May he rest in peace.
