Rockland Sept. 11 Memorial Ceremony
NEW CITY, NY — County Executive Ed Day will lead the observance the 15th anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks during Rockland's annual memorial service at Haverstraw Bay County Park.
Prayer and song will pause for a moment of silence at 8:46 a.m. At 9:03 a.m., the names of the 81 Rockland victims of the 2001 and 1993 World Trade Center attacks will be read by relatives.
