LUTHER KING, JR. DAY

Martin Luther King, Jr. said, "Our goal is to create a beloved community and this will require a qualitative change in our souls as well as a quantitative change in our lives." As we work to set a new course for Rockland County, let us work together, no matter where we live or what we worship. With growing involvement in every community, it is my sincere hope that Rockland will continue on the path of social progress. I know that we can all be inspired today and every day by the Beloved Community in Dr. King's vision.
