The 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan and Analysis of Impediments are available for review and public comment commencing on June 25, 2015.

The Office of Community Development serves the people of Rockland County by obtaining federal and state grants to provide affordable housing and improve the quality of life to low and moderate income residents in Rockland in an ethical, courteous, timely and cost-effective manner.
